Creative Kids - Art Class (8-12 years)

Mondays, 3.30 - 4.30pm, Untitled Gallery + Studio, Coconut Grove, Darwin

Creative Kids classes offer an introduction to a wide range of artistic mediums and techniques. Each term offers a new range of projects, allowing students to explore and develop their drawing, painting and sculpture skills.

These classes develop technical skills, unlock creativity, and encourage self expression.

 
 
 

Learn to Draw - Drawing and Illustration Class (8-12 years)

Mondays, 4.45 - 5.45pm, Untitled Gallery + Studio, Coconut Grove, Darwin

Explore traditional illustration and drawing techniques, and experiment with a range of paper-based mediums including graphite, pen and ink, watercolour, charcoal, pastels, coloured pencils, and markers.

These classes balance technical skills, including understanding tone, colour, shape, and shading, with creative thinking, imaginative drawing, and problem solving.

 
 
 

Creative Teens - Illustration and Art Class (12-16 years)

Mondays, 6.00-7.00pm, Untitled Gallery + Studio, Coconut Grove, Darwin

This class explores a creative mix of drawing, painting and sculpture skills, exposing teens to a range of mediums and techniques that can unlock creativity. Suited to beginners or those with more experience, classes are tailored so students can build upon their individual skillset.

Creative Teens classes experiment with works on paper, canvas, clay, and found objects, and encourages students to explore their individuality and point of view through structured and experimental projects. Projects and mediums vary each term to expose students to a wide range of art-making techniques.
